An Invitation to Co-Design a Just Future: The Five Pillars of Human Rights Preservation

Our current social systems are reaching a crisis point of rigidity, exclusion, and inequity. This proposal offers a transformative but practical framework to redesign society from the ground up—shifting from hierarchical control to a human-centric ecosystem. It is an open architecture for collaboration, not a fixed prescription.



Overview of Proposal & Discussion


1.  From the Spiritual Perspective


The hierarchical structures that have long organized human society are currently undergoing a profound reconstruction. While the old systems are disintegrating, the new ones have not yet fully formed. It is important to recognise that this transitional process requires time, and the duration of this transformation will enable the planet to move in multiple directions—or, more precisely, into multiple realities—as chosen by each individual soul.


Over time, the divergence of these realities will become increasingly pronounced. Nevertheless, this phenomenon should not be a source of fear; rather, it represents a systematic approach to planetary growth that allows beings of varying vibrational frequencies to coexist. As souls evolve, their capacity to shift between realities—consciously and deliberately—will likewise develop. In fact, we are shifting realities at every moment; it is simply that most of us remain largely unaware of this process at the present stage.



2.  From the Sociological Perspective


Turning to the question of social hierarchy, it appears to me that contemporary social systems have consistently failed to address the core issues underlying the construction of efficient governance. These core issues relate to five major aspects of human rights preservation: transparency, fluidity, expertise, distribution, and validity.


Each of these may be further understood through a corresponding principle:


  1. Transparency - Inclusiveness

  2. Fluidity - Efficiency (sustainability)

  3. Expertise - Intrinsic growth

  4. Distribution - Nurturance

  5. Validity - Safety


Let us examine each in turn.




1.  Transparency : Diversity in Unity (Inclusiveness)

At first glance, transparency may evoke notions of open-source data or public access to information. Indeed, these are part of the concept, but transparency also carries a deeper meaning.


Viewed from another perspective, it reflects the unbiased mechanism by which nature operates—the allowance for everything to unfold as they are. This understanding of transparency resonates with the Taoist principle of wu-wei (non-doing) or the non-dualistic perspectives found in Buddhist and Vedic traditions.


In essence, transparency does not judge; rather, it embraces and enables all possibilities to thrive and be recognised.


Only when everything is transparent can it be seen through as one; this is another way to understand Oneness.

Consequently, in the context of social systems, transparency is inherently crucial for a society to prosper in a non-judgmental manner regarding opportunities. It should be clarified, however, that non-judgmental does not imply the absence of a justice system; rather, the non-judgmental quality I propose refers to the allowance of people, voices, and actions to manifest as they are.


To illustrate this idea visually, consider the two images described below. The roundness of a sphere symbolises the Oneness of all things, while its inner layers depict a society that is multifaceted, dynamic and ever-changing. The shades of colour on the surface represent the vibrational frequencies of activities across different communities.


As the colour shades shift from darker to lighter, we observe that activities with lower vibrational frequencies are denser and therefore less transparent, indicating that regulation in such areas is more likely to involve rigid control—the modus operandi of most current social systems. By contrast, under a transparency-oriented system, activities characterised by less rigidity and higher vibrational frequencies would appear lighter and more transparent.


As individual communities coalesce into larger ones, and larger ones into regions, the total vibrational frequency of any given area exerts influence—both visible and invisible—on other parts of the globe, owing to the fundamental principle of interconnectedness of all things.

Given that we are all interconnected, transparency, when properly expressed, could manifest as regulations monitored by systems designed on the basis of fundamental consensus rules adhered to by all, rather than merely codified as laws. Such a system would be impartial, supported by a central justice mechanism—potentially an AI system that reflects the crystallisation of collective human consciousness. This is what is meant by “non-judgmental” in this context: the system operates without emotion or historical bias toward any individual, perceiving actions in a non-dual manner—not in terms of right or wrong, but simply as they are.




2.  Fluidity : Self-regulatory System (Efficiency)

The degree of fluidity determines how smoothly a society can function.


There are numerous cases in which idealised societal structures—such as communism, capitalism, or even democracy—have been built yet failed to operate as intended within the terrestrial context. From my perspective, fluidity is therefore an essential element for any system to function properly and optimally. Such a system would be capable of moving through friction by dissolving it internally, rather than generating further conflicts and external chaos. The system must possess an integrative understanding within itself; only then can the decision-making process be smooth, meaningful and efficient.


Consider the example of the Second World War. While historical textbooks typically present surface-level accounts of the devastation caused by Nazi Germany, Imperial Japan, and the atomic bomb, a deeper layer lies in the domain of genetics. Changes at the genetic level can inflict damage on the chromosomes—where data is stored—across entire lineages, potentially giving rise to various illnesses if left unaddressed. Such damage can be healed through internal healing (inner work), which is precisely the kind of “purging” many of us are undergoing at present: fundamentally, it’s the reconstruction of DNA toward its default settings or, for some others, to go through upgrades.


I invoke this example because it demonstrates how war results from severe control—how certain individuals, desiring a particular outcome, employ any means to achieve it. This exemplifies a lack of fluidity, or more precisely, the choice of rigidity over fluidity. Ultimately, it is always a matter of choice. Historical events of this nature serve as ideal reflections for us, precisely because their extreme rigidity led to mass tragedy.


It is for this reason that I wish to emphasize the importance of fluidity in the creation of any system. System-building is an art—a coexisting force or mechanism that blends intellectual with emotional (creative) elements. While there are many ways to employ this art in constructing new systems, the degree to which a system expands its navigational spectrum, its range of inclusiveness, and its capacity to transcend its own limits and forge new pathways, will determine how organically it expresses its intelligence. The less control imposed, the greater the freedom for all—for the system and for its users alike.


I am therefore proposing a self-regulatory system that abides by a set of fundamental laws: the first principles from which everything else follows, the primary level underlying all subordinate levels, the forefather of all descendants, the primordial. When such fundamentals are established for any system, it becomes sustainable—just as nature operates in a cyclical manner, following universal laws of existence, thereby self-regulating and naturally sustainable.

3.  Expertise : Expansive Learning (Intrinsic growth)

Talents are abundant, but whether they can be discovered through proper nurturing is another matter. Currently the education system in our society focuses on creating labours rather than actual talents who follow their passions. Many of us are being made into “robotic” humans that follow strict rules and societal norms, becoming the mainstream rather than swimming our way upstream to transform ourselves. Many choose mediocrity not out of genuine preference, but because they fail to perceive their higher potentials and are surrounded by others who see themselves similarly.


Potentials are so named because they have yet to be discovered; moreover, even once discovered, they require nurturing. This demands specific methods and individual paces of growth to allow people to become who they intrinsically are. Yet society has often become adamant that education must proceed linearly: a complete syllabus is necessary, learning objectives must be curated to fit job market expectations, and the entire structure is oriented toward making a living rather than pursuing passionate endeavors or enjoying the learning process.


For many individuals, therefore, the current educational system is, for lack of a better term, a hell-hole. Learning becomes rigid; success is reduced to a piece of paper—a certificate representing four years of life spent on a predetermined path toward a specific job application. This is profoundly limiting, constraining the multifaceted nature of each individual.


Being an expert need not denote a specific career or field of study; rather, it can mean becoming an expert in learning itself—in adopting and adapting to new processes. To become an expert in learning, one must first be open-minded to change, observe differences, embrace novelty, grow with changes, and integrate new knowledge.


Such an expert grows with circumstances and is not bound by mental limitations. If systems were built according to this mentality, many mental constraints would dissolve. Expertise would then no longer be defined solely by a particular discipline but could embody multiple facets of the self simultaneously, allowing individuals to navigate life in a far more expansive and exciting manner.


It is my hope that this new perspective on “expertise” can contribute to the creation of systems that embody the understanding that learning is the entire purpose—not becoming something, but being who we authentically are, which will shape us, in whatever form, into Masters of Learning.




4.  Distribution : Decentralise to Re-centralise (Nurturance)

Resources are to be redistributed through a process of consumption relocation—that is, relocation by consumption. Consumption relocation refers to the idea that individuals with similar consumption needs and wants will naturally be drawn toward one another on the basis of mutual needs or common goals, with the result that they thrive together efficiently.


Such individuals will consume and produce in broadly similar ways. Consequently, when relocation occurs in this manner, resources can be distributed accordingly to support each group’s needs. Over time, these relocation clusters will gradually become hubs with specialised functions (particular expertise). As individuals flock to different hubs according to their needs and wants, they become aware of the contributions they can share with others; like-minded individuals thus accelerate the coagulation of creative processes, driven by concentrated resource supplies and talent.


It should be noted, however, that these individuals do not necessarily share identical needs and wants—only similar ideals and values. Bringing them together allows them to flourish with diverse skillsets, forming complementary networks where they feel included, supported, and a sense of belonging. In time, such hubs will develop their own technologies and creations, each with a distinctive “creative signature.” Moreover, hubs can co-create with one another, generating new joint ventures and thereby new possibilities for collective advancement.


This model is particularly well suited to resource distribution, as the needs of each hub are highly focused, making distribution requirements clear and direct, with much less redundancy than conventional systems.

5.  Validity : Impartial judgement (Safety)

Validity in system functioning is highly relevant to security and user safety. It denotes the crucial procedure for ensuring that activities comply with the fundamental laws mentioned under “Fluidity.” The purpose of validity is to guarantee that activities are well documented, traceable, and trackable for future improvement, while also fostering safety in user experience. The justice system operates in conjunction with the validity function, enabling all users to feel safe and trusting as participants in the system.


Trust must be accompanied by transparency; when both are present, the system sustains itself in a more elaborate and self-sufficient manner. It is therefore highly recommended to implement an impartial validity function focused on non-biased, cause-and-effect mechanisms rather than human judgement.


Systems lack emotions and are therefore best suited to serve as judges in most cases. Nevertheless, the decision-making process could be monitored by specific protocols created by humans through consensus dynamics, so as to ensure the well-being of both individuals and the collective.
